Lunch for the poorly


Celery with hummus.

HUMMUS
1 can chickpeas (200 g)
1 large tsp tahini
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 tbsp olive oil
A large splash of lemon juice (about half a lemon)
A pinch of cumin seeds
A pinch of paprika
A bit of salt

Combine the ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Eat with a celery stick.
